The Tide and Tiger has chronicled the rise of Tre La Soul with great interest, especially after bestowing his nickname upon him in honor of his father, D.J. Maseo, being a member of the seminal hip hop group De La Soul. The Tide and Tiger learned over the weekend that, even if you haven't heard of De La Soul, you have most likely heard Tre's father anyway, because he provided the epic laugh heard in "Feel Good, Inc." from Gorillaz, which was a smash hit a few years back ---
