Other than the facts that Auburn has beaten Clemson 14 times in a row and Walter Merritt Riggs, the "Father of Clemson Football," was an Auburn man, here's all you need to know about Clemson football....
Clemson has a highly publicized tradition during its football team's entrance to Memorial Stadium, which Clemson, with a straight face, describes as "The Most Exciting 25 Seconds in College Football." After the players enter the east side of the stadium, where THE HILL (duh duh dum!!) is located, they gather at the top of THE HILL (duh duh dum!!) and stand around some rock until a cannon sounds, at which time the band begins to play the fear-inspiring song Tiger Rags (whoo who!!), and the players run down THE HILL (duh duh dum!!). The word "exciting" simply does not do the tradition justice, I tell you.

All you need to know is Auburn fans are the biggest cry babies in all of college football. Clemson don't even come close. The 2008 Iron Bowl they cried like weiners. But hey a 36-0 shutout should and did make them cry.

Bama fans are bigger cry babies They were ahead 24-0 over this high school offensive team,but the high school coach out-coached there $5million coach, won the game 28-27 and the men were crying & had to squat to pee!!
ReplyDeleteI've never quite figured out how a loss to La. Monroe and blowing a 24 point lead are part of "The Process" or how either is considered as an acceptible return on a $5 milloin investment. Maybe a Bammur Fan could explain it and enlighten us all.
